A slightly different perspective?

Hello from eastern Canada. I went to a certain set of waterfalls the other day - I wasn’t quite prepared for what I saw. I hope these photographs give an insight into what I mean.

Firstly, here is the classic view you are familiar with: the American Falls on the left, and the Horseshoe Falls on the right….

But if you turn the camera around 180 degrees you see this…

…..a mixture of high rise hotel blocks, of all designs and heights, with no sense of overall planning. There is even a casino amongst the blocks.

And if you visit the road between the blocks of hotels, you find this….

…. “Blackpool on speed” with its fun fairs, haunted houses, burger bars and even your Easy Riders on their Harley-Davidsons.

Nowhere is quite how you think it will be.
